THE TRIUMPH OF DEMOCRACY
200At present, the Khalk Maslakhaty, being a highly
representative body acting in accordance with the Constitution of Turkmenistan,
signifies the unbreakable connection of epochs and continuity of generations,
loyal attitude of our Independent Neutral State to the traditional democratic principles
and the chosen creative direction.In
accordance with the Resolution of the Presidium of the Halk Maslakhaty signed
by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the next meeting of the Halk Maslakhaty will be held
in Ashgabat at the Palace of Meetings on 24 September this year. The teaching
staff and students of our institute are making organised preparations for the
upcoming national forum. Students together with teachers of the university are
preparing a number of programmes on TV studios related to the forum. Also,
together with the students, conferences will be held in the conference halls in
support of the forum. The participants will tell about the role of Khalk
Maslakhaty in our life, about the Resolutions that radically transform our
life. Holding the forum will further strengthen the triumph of democracy in our
country.
