One of the main tasks is to introduce digital innovations in our country, to change the quality of education in accordance with the level of the world's leading universities, scientific and educational institutions. This, in turn, plays a key role in the development of the national economy. In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan on September 15, 2017, “The Concept of Development of the Digital Education System in Turkmenistan” has been approved. The main purpose of this concept is also to provide all stages of education with high-quality e-learning information, to increase the use of digital resources.
The Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan “On Establishment and Commissioning of the Electronic Document Management System in Turkmenistan and the Internet Website” issued on February 27, 2020 also expanded the possibilities for the proper implementation of this concept. As a result, the Center for Innovation of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan is currently working on the proper functioning of the website of our institute.
The portal of our institute also influences the expansion of opportunities for the proper organization of education and innovation. The number of users of our current internal network is 1873, and the portal can be used within our institute. It has 4 computer rooms and computers located in the library are also connected to the portal.
