INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION
181Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation, the XVII Forum of Creative and
Scientific Intellectuals of the CIS participating countries " the Commonwealth of
Independent States: common values and diversity of cultures" have been held.
Within the framework of the forum, the ceremony of handing over the
Interstate Award “Stars of the Union” and the International Award “Debuts of the
Union” took place. The presentation of the Interstate Programme ‘Cultural
Capital of the Union’ was full of memorable moments. The performance of the
CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra in the state concert hall “Bashkortostan” was an
inimitable jewel of the forum. We were even more proud that the orchestra was
conducted by our compatriot Resul Klychev.
The sessions entitled “Creative Innovations and National Cultural
Traditions of the Countries of the Union” and “The State of Science and
Education at the Time of Introduction of the Digital Systems in the CIS”, which
were held within the framework of the XVII Forum of Creative and Scientific
Intellectuals of the CIS Member States, became a real discussion platform for
scientific and pedagogical workers.
Discussions at the round tables “80 years of the Great Victory in the Great
Patriotic War”, “Cinema in the CIS space”, “Inclusive art of the CIS countries:
types of cooperation”, have showed that innovative ideas are becoming more and
more widespread in the cultural, scientific and educational space of friendly
countries.
We sincerely thank our Hero Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan
for created opportunities to participate in such international events.
